At AWA, We know a true collaboration and team approach with clients, contractors and fabricators yields the best results. We enjoy the process of discovery as much as the final outcome. We approach each design by observing, researching and synthesizing the pragmatic givens to establish opportunities and constraints. We engage the entire team in brainstorming. Then we test and tweak, push and pull on the ideas until we know they work. Finally, we dive into the details, choose the materials, and work with the entire team to facilitate an end result that captures the initial inspirations and transforms them into timeless and beautiful works of architecture.

We strive to create buildings that are beautiful, environmentally conservative, energy efficient and materially non-toxic. AWA is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and has three employees that are Certified Green Building Professionals with Build It Green.
